Observed scoops stored in bins of food with the handle touching the food. (CA) Advised the PIC that the handles need to be kept above the top of the food. In the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container;
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled

Observed containers stacked while still wet. (CA) Advised the pic that containers need to air dry before stacking. Equipment and Utensils, Air-Drying Required. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils:

Observed the microwave needed to be cleaned of food debris. (CA) Advised the PIC to clean the microwave more frequently. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.
