- Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned. PIC instructed to clean and maintain clean all the time.

Observed pool of cleaning water on kitchen floor and employee mop front food service floor while customers are been served. Observed also walk-in cooler floor and counter tops not cleaned or sanitized. 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C) (d) Nonfood-Contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC advised to clean frequently.
