Informed PIC to clean and replace worn-out boards and keep prep tops clean and free from observed mildew/biological growth build up. PIC washed and sanitized cutting boards.

Observed walk in freezer has condensation on the ceiling and building ice on the floor. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. PIC has a work order.
