The most current inspection report is not prominently displayed in public view, within 15 feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor or in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. Inspection report from 3/2025 was displayed instead of 11/25. The most recent inspection report must be displayed.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
Observed baby equipment/items in the inspected kitchen/storage area and not in a designated area for personal belongings. All personal items/equipment must be stored in a space assigned for such items to ensure there is low risk of contamination.
