Observed multiple rooms with vent hoods not turning on at the time of this inspection. CA: Ensure engineering assessed vent hoods and ensures they work to remove odors and steam when cooking takes place in the room

Regulation: 511-6-2-.17(1) - laundry facilities
Observed chemical cleaning supplies being stored above tissue paper and items being stored in boxes on the floor at the time of this inspection. CA: Ensure that chemicals are stored away from single service items or guest items to prevent potential contamination. Ensure that all items in boxes are stored atleast 6inches off the floor to protect the product from spills or contamination
