Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility handwashing sink in the dish room was completely blocked by carts, and not supplied paper towels. COS: The carts were rearranged & the sink was supplied paper towels. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that handwashing sinks are supplied paper towels, accessible at all times, and only used for the sole purpose of washing hands.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had a turkey leg in a walk in cooler that was dated prepared on 11/29/2025. COS: Turkey leg was discarded. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all foods that have passed their 7 day discard date are discarded immediately.

Observed during the course of this inspection that multiple handles of cabinets in the facility were sticky. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all non food contact surfaces of equipment are cleaned often enough to ensure that they are clean and do not build up food residues.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the clean water hose was being stored inside of a container in direct contact with dust/debris and old pest buildup. COS: Clean water and storage container were cleaned and sanitized immediately. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that the clean water hose and storage container are kept clean to sight and touch, as well as kept in sanitary conditions.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had a prep top cooler and a reach in cooler that could only display ambient temps of 45 deg f. COS: Glynn EH instructed management to ensure that these units are not used with TCS food items. Management complied. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that the facility is supplied enough refrigeration equipment to ensure that TCS foods can be properly cold held at temps of 41 deg f or below. Equipment that is malfunctioning is not to be used with TCS foods.

BASE OF OPERATION: Observed ice buildup on food storage boxes in the walk in freezer at the time of this inspection. COS: Facility management removed the ice covered box from the walk in freezer to remove the ice. CA: Ensure food storage boxes do not come into contact with water or ice.

BASE OF OPERATION: Observed nozzel area of juice dispenser with significant buildup at the time of this inspection. COS: Management had the dispenser cleaned. CA: Increase cleaning frequency of the juice dispenser to ensure buildup does not occur.

BASE OF OPERATION: Observed ice scoops stacked on top of one another at the time of this inspection. COS: Managment had scoops replaced. CA: Store scoops in a way so that the food contact surfaces are not in contact with handles.
