Observed multiple guest room lighting fixtures, lamps, hangers, shower heads, and drawer handles with rusty surfaces at the time of this inspection. CA: Repair or replace damaged fixtures

Observed facility with multiple room exterior doors and hallway exit door with open gaps at the bottom and around the doors at the time of this inspection. CA: Ensure that doors are properly sealed to prevent entrance of outside contaminants and pests from entering the rooms/ hallways

Observed 2nd floor ceiling damaged and looking like the water damage has occurred. CA: Repair damages and treat any water damage

Observed multiple rooms with AC output vents dirty, damaged, or with mold like spotting on the grates at the time of this inspection. CA: increase cleaning frequency to prevent build up

Observed 1st floor ice machine with mold like build up and slime on the internal dispensing side of the unit. CA: Increase cleaning frequency to prevent build up
