6-1A - proper cold holding temperatures
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(f) - time/temperature control for safety; cold holding (p)
Observed two cups of yogurt being stored at temperatures of 49F and 50F in display cooler which had an ambient temperature of 55F at the time of this inspection.
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed during the course of this inspection that several single service items were inside of the original box but being stored directly on the floor. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to acquire tables or additional equipment to ensure that all single service items and foods are stored at least 6 inches off of the floor.
