Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had multiple areas of the main kitchen and storage room where cleaners and soaps were stored in ways that they presented a contamination risk to single use items and drinks. COS: All items were relocated when observed. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all chemicals and potentially toxic substances are properly stored separate and away from single service items and foods including drinks.
