Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility handwashing sink located next to the dishwashing area could not produce warm water of at least 85 deg f. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all handwashing sink can provide warm water of at least 85 deg f and to have staff only use the ones that are properly working until the affected one is serviced.

Observed facility operating without sanitizer buckets at the time of this inspection. COS: Facility made sanitizer buckets for the kitchen. CA: Facility must have sanitizer buckets ready to use at all times while operating.

Observed dumpster with no lids attached at the time of this inspection. CA: Repair or replace the dumpster.

Observed damaged walk-in freezer door seal with frozen condensation from the cooling unit on the floor of the walk in freezer and walk in cooler as well as ice buildup on cooling unit at the time of this inspection. CA: Repair freezer door to ensure freezing temperatures are maintained and ice does not accumulate.
