Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed can opener and vegetable slicer with build up of food debris on food contact surface. Rule: Food contact surfaces shall be maintained clean to sight and touch and properly cleaned after use. COS: PIC removed items from use.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed handwashing sink in men's restroom does not work if faucet is turned completely to hot side. Rule: Plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
Observed accumulations of debris/soil on top of prep station microwave, on top of tea brewer, on walk in cooler fan covers and on lobby soda machine plates/back wall. Rule: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
