4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had a soda gun nozzle at the main bar that displayed buildup on the dispensing surface. COS: Staff cleaned and sanitized unit when identified. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all food contact surfaces are cleaned often enough to keep them clean to sight and touch as well as sanitary.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the sanitizer at the 3 compartment had a service hose that had come out if the bucket so no sanitizer was being supplied. COS: Service hose was placed back into bucket and supply was restored. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that an appropriate strength solution of sanitizer is supplied to the sanitizer section of the 3 comp sink.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had multiple bottles of chemical cleaners and medicine stored over single use items and equipment. COS: Items were re arranged when idenified. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all chemicals, medicines and potentially toxic substances are properly stored separate and away from food, equipment, and single service items.
