Observed a container with gravy being stored past its seven day mark in the walk in cooler at the time of this inspection. COS: Management discarded gravy. CA: A food that requires datemarking shall be discarded if it exceeds 7 days from preparation date.

Observed single service items stored underneath several chemicals in storage area at the time of this inspection. Observed sanitizer buckets being stored above preptop cooler and besides clean pans in the kitchen area at the time of this inspection. COS: Single service items and sanitizer buckets relocated. CA: Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles by separating the poisonous or toxic materials by spacing or partitioning; and locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service or single-use articles.

Observed a jacket being stored with food on a shelve in the dry storage area at the time of this inspection. COS: Removed from shelve. CA: Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be located in a designated room or area where contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and single-service and single-use articles cannot occur.
