Kitchen Management reported that these soups were prepared on that day and upon observation they were at a temp of 46 deg f. COS: Management discarded the product. CA: Management stated that the cooling process will be adjusted so that all cooked foods are reduced from initial cook temp to 70 deg f or below in 2 hours, and then from 70 deg f to below 41 deg f in 4 hours for a total cooling time of 6 hours.
