Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility ice scoop was being stored in direct contact with soiled storage racks. COS: Ice scoop was cleaned and sanitized and placed into a clean container. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that all food contact equipment is stored on surfaces that are clean to sight and touch as well as sanitary.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility sanitizer being dispensed at the 3 compartment sink was 500+ppm. COS: Management was instructed to dilute the chemical to 200ppm before use. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to have the unit serviced by a professional to have the appropriate level of chemical restored. (150-400ppm)
