Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility quat sanitizer being used at the 3 comp sink was testing at 500+ppm. COS: Management told staff not to use the sanitizer. CA: Management stated that staff will not use that sanitizer and will switch to bleach water with a 50-100ppm mix to replace it until repairs can be made to the sanitizer dispenser.

Observed on 09/28/2023 that the facility had the supplier adjust the output of the sanitizer machine to acceptable levels.
