6-1A - proper cold holding temperatures

Observed that Display cold hold in self service area (Butter and cream cheese) were presenting TCS items that were out of the allowed 41 F at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager discarded items above 41F. CA: Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F or below.
1-2B - certified food protection manager
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(3)(a) - food safety manager certification (pf)
Observed that facility did not have a CFSM certificate at the time of this inspection. CA: Food service establishments shall have in its employ a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM).
4-2A - food stored covered
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv) - packaged & unpackaged food, food stored covered(c)
Observed tea bags in the food service area without proper cover to prevent contamination at the time of this inspection. CA: Facility must individually wrap tea bags. PIC will retrain staff on storage procedures.
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present

Observed small drain flies/ fruit flies near hand sink and kitchen area at the time of this inspection. CA: Contact pest control to control and avoid pests.
