Observed facility using TPHC for two carafes (milk, half & half) that were 1h 15 min passed their 4h expiration time in the front area of the facility at the time of this inspection. COS: Items discarded. EH reminds management of the 4h rule. CA: When time without temperature control is used as the public health control up to a maximum of 4 hours said food shall be discarded within 4 hours from the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used

Observed facility was storing two bottles with graffiti remover and a bag of descaler directly above napkins in the dry storage area at the time of this inspection. COS: Management removed toxic chemicals from storage. CA: Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles by locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service or single-use articles.
