Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility staff was not allowing pans to air dry before stacking them on top of each other immediately after sanitizing. CA: Glynn EH instructs facility management to ensure that all equipment is allowed to properly air dry/drain before storage or use with food.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had single use items stored inside the box on the floor. COS: The boxes were elevated. CA: Glynn EH instructs facility management to ensure that all single use items are stored at least 6 inches off of the floor in a clean, dry location.
