Observed kitchen reach in cooler holding TCS items (milk, eggs, yogurt, and cream cheese) above 41 degrees F at the time of this inspection. COS: All TCS items were discarded from the unit. CA: Facility must ensure that TCS items are stored at or below 41 degrees F and that the reach in cooler is not used until it can maintain proper temperature.

Observed apples in the breakfast service area unwrapped at the time of this inspection. COS: Apples were removed from breakfast service area to be washed and wrapped. CA: Facility must ensure that apples are individually wrapped to prevent contamination.
