Observed chicken being thawed in sink without running water as well as shrimp being thawed in a small container without running water in the main kitchen at the time of this inspection. COS: Running water added. CA: Time/temperature control for safety food shall be thawed under refrigeration that maintains the food temperature at 41°F (5°C) or less; or completely submerged under running water.

Observed two small container being stored with bottom (nonfood contact surface) directly on top of diced tomato and cut jalapeno in prep top cooler at the time of this inspection. COS: Containers removed, diced jalapeno and tomatoes discarded. CA: Nonfood contact surfaces shall not come in contact with food.
