Observed two cutting boards being stored on the floor in the main kitchen (base) at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager removed items from floor. CA: Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored in a clean location at least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor.

Observed two containers with tomato sauce and diced tomatoes with a label dating 12/02/2024 being cold held past their seven day usability with good condition safe food in a reach-in cooler in the main kitchen area of base at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager discarded food. CA: Time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after seven days of being outside it's original container.
