Observed sugar storage container with tea drips on the internal side of storage container near the sugar. COS: Placed out of order to clean sugar container. CA: Ensure that build up on the internal sides of food contact surfaces are cleaned to prevent contamination.

Observed large industrial type fans with build up of dust on them in food prep areas at the time of this inspection. CA: Ensure that fans are cleaned to prevent dust from potentially flying into food prep areas.
