Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility fruit wash machine was not dispensing that antimicrobial chemical. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to have the machine serviced so that the appropriate amount of chemical is dispensed.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility salt and pepper shaker located in the main kitchen displayed grease and buildup on the outside of it. COS: Management had the container cleaned and sanitized. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that nonfood contact surfaces are cleaned often enough to prevent buildup on them.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility dining room displayed old food and paper debris buildup. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that the physical facility is cleaned up often enough to ensure that dirt and debris dont build up.
