Observed during the course of this inspection that the "Drive-Thru" Ice scoop was being stored inside of a dirty holder. COS: Ice scoop and holder were cleaned and sanitized. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that all food contact surfaces are kept clean to sight and touch as well as sanitary
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(m) - wiping cloths, use limitation (c)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had a sanitizer bucket with soiled wiping cloths that had fallen below the required sanitizer concentration levels. COS: Management remade the sanitizer bucket. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all soiled wiping cloths are held in sanitizer buckets of an approvable concentration. (50-100ppm for chlorine is ideal)
