Observed front handwashing sink did not have paper towels at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager added paper towels. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a means to dry hands such as disposable paper towels.

Observed handwashing sink in the back area was being used to store a rag at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager removed rag. CA: A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.

Observed several ice cream machines had food residue spilled on the top surface area at the time of this inspection. COS: Cleaned. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
