Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility could not produce quat test strips for the in use food contact surface sanitizer. COS: Test strips were supplied from another unit. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that the facility is supplied with the appropriate test strips for use with the in use food contact surface sanitizer.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility ice machine had an inner lip that displayed fruit/seed buildup inside of the ice machine. COS: PIC removed the surface and had it cleaned and sanitized before it was put back. CA: Management stated that they will train staff to keep all internal food contact surfaces of the ice machine clean and sanitary at all times.
