Observed during the course of this inspection that in the locker room bar there were sunscreen and antacid tablets stored on top of equipment. COS: Items were relocated. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that all chemicals, medicines, and potentially toxic substances are stored separate and away from equipment, food, and single service items.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility dishwasher located in the bar area was not capable of displaying a surface temp of 160 f or above. CA: Glynn EH instructed management to only use the Dishwasher located in the main kitchen that was verified until the bar machine could be repaired.

Observed ice accumulating on a box of bread in the walk in freezer at the time of this inspection. CA: Facility must ensure that stored food and the containers they are in do not come into contact with ice while stored.

Observed a malfunctioning sink at the bar area that was not being supplied hot water. CA: Management stated that repairs will be made to restore the hot water to the sink.
