Observed facility gas-fired inspection out of date at the time of this inspection. CA: Facility must ensure that gas-fired equipment is inspected annually and that a copy of this inspection is available on site at all times

Observed mold-like buildup on multiple guestroom bathroom ceilings at the time of this inspection. CA: Clean/treat affected areas

Observed mold-like buildup on the dispenser of the lobby ice machine at the time of this inspection. CA: Increase frequency of cleaning to ensure buildup does not occur

Observed facility offering make your own waffle, waffle batter, fruit, and dairy products for guest as a breakfast. Facility was previously only approved to offer coffee, and prepackaged goods based on equipment and previously submitted menu. CA: Contact 912-279-2940 to obtain proper paperwork and submit for review to determine food offering capabilities and food service permit

Observed mold like build up on the walls and ceiling of room 203 above the refrigerator and closet area at the time of this inspection. COS: PIC placed room out of service and will get room treated prior to reopening room

Observed build up of dust in the AC filters and black spotting on the AV output vent at the time of this inspection. COS: PIC had AC cleaner on site and instructed him to clean both AC filters and output vents

Facility installed new boilers and do not have current gas fired equipment inspection for the boilers or dryers. POC: Ensure they are inspected and report emailed over to glynn.eh@dph.ga.gov

Observed ice machine with internal dispensing unit dirty and with build up at the time of this inspection. COS: PIC has staff member clean and sanitize ice machine
