Observed multiple food items (two spicy oil, all salad toppings) being stored uncovered in the kitchen area at the time of this inspection. COS: Management covered all food items. CA: All food shall be stored covered.

Observed several chicken boxes stored on the floor in walk in cooler at the time of this inspection. COS: Removed from floor. CA: Food shall be stored at least 6" above the floor.

Observed ice scoop stored with handle in contact with ice at the time of this inspection. COS: Removed from ice. CA: In-use/between-use utensils can be stored in the food only when their handles are above the top of the food.
