Observed handwash sink with ice in it. CA: Handwash sinks will only be used for handwashing. COS: CFSM had ice removed and educated employees on proper use of handwash sinks.

Observed multiple containers of food product without labeling of common name. CA: All food containers shall be identified with common name. COS: CFSM had containers labeled with common name.
