observed empty soap pump at handwashing sink. CA: Each handwashing sink shall be provided with a supply of hand soap. COS: Soap dispenser at handwashing sink was provided with new hand soap dispenser refill.

Observed sanitizer bucket stored on prep table directly over container of onions. Corrective Action: No direct contamination was observed. Sanitizer bucket was moved to be stored on bottom shelf away from food and food prep area.

Observed pots stored on floor. Corrective Action: PIC was notified, pots were taken to warewashing area to be cleaned. Discussed all items to be stored at lest 6" off the floor.
