Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
Observed no bodily fluid clean-up kit with procedures. CA: Food service establishment must have kit and written procedures when responding to vomiting or diarrheal event. No COS can be noted. Must return to ensure documentation is present and is specific to the kit provided.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Observed container of whipping cream in reach-in cooler without date marking. CA: Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods opened and held for more than 24 hours shall be clearly date marked for a maximum of 7 days. COS: Whipping cream was discarded, discussion with PIC stated unaware of open date.

Observed half and half carton with open date of 3/2/2026 and inspection performed on 3/23/2026. CA: A food that requires datemarking shall be discarded if it exceeds 7 days. COS: Half and half carton was discarded.
