Observed adulterated whole tomatoes and apples. CA: Food shall be safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented. COS: Food items were discarded.

Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(i)(ii)(iii)(v)(vi)(vii)(viii) - packaged & unpackaged food separation, packaging, and segregation (p, c)
Observed raw shelled eggs stored on shelf directly over ready-to-eat boiled eggs. CA: Foods must be stored according to food cook temperature. CA: Raw shelled eggs were moved to a different cooler and stored on bottom shelf away from ready-to-eat foods.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
Observed sides of fryer, exterior of oven, shelving to store plates, and shelving with cutting boards heavily soiled with food debris. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. No COS can be noted, inspector must return for follow-up.
