Observed tcs foods in warmer cabinets with temperature below 135F. Observed chicken poppers and taco meat in warmer cabinets with temperatures below 135F. Corrective Action: CFSM was notified, food items were within time parameters, chicken poppers were reheated in oven to 174F and taco meat to 171F. Workorder placed for warmer cabinet on far right due to not being able to maintain temperature of 135F or above. CFSM raised temperature for warmer cabinet on left side, ambient temperature read 112F but after temperature being turned up it is now reading 149F.
