Observed free chlorine disinfectant levels less than minimum level required (2ppm). Free chlorine reading 0.29 at 5 feet depth water. CA: RPI was notified, RPI will notify operator to adjust free chlorine levels. Pool must be closed until health department can verify chlorine levels have been adjusted to proper levels (1ppm if no stabilizer used and 2ppm if stabilizer used).

Observed inoperable flow meter, flow meter reading 0 gallons per minute. CA: RPI notified, workorder placed to have flowmeter replaced or repaired. Flow meter must be reading at 50 gph (required turnover).
16 - pool deck: maintained, unobstructed and clean
Regulation: 511-3-5-.06(1)(f) - (f) the deck, including coping, shall have a minimum four feet width of continuous, unobstructed walking area maintained at all times unless otherwise allowed in the chapter.
Observed multiple cigarette butts throughout the pool deck. CA: RPI notified, employee cleaned the pool deck of all debris.
