Observed the white drip plate in the ice machine with a black/pink mold-like substance. CA: All food contact surfaces shall be cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent mold-like substance buildup or accumulation. The person in charge was informed that the drip plate must be cleaned by 02/11/2026, and the ice machine shall be serviced.

The chlorine concentration level in the dishwasher and the glass dishwasher was observed to be too low. CA: Ensure the concentration is between 50ppm and 200ppm. PIC was instructed to have them service 02/12/2026 and use the 3-compartment sink with proper concentration

Observed dust accumulation on celling of the kitchen specially around the ventilation. Ensure celling is cleaned.
