Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(c) - when to wash (p)
Observed food worker not washing their hands prior to mixing dink after coming from another area of the establishment. Corrective action (CA): Food employee was instructed to stop working and wash their hand immediately. it happened in the bar area. Person in charge was instructed to review proper and good practice with all staff members.
