Observed a open (not a disposal) cup with a straw (not cover with a lid) stored next to the prep to cooler in the main line area and couple personal drink cup store on the table close to the main line. Corrective action (CA) Ensure employees used single service cup with a lid and a straw (disposable cup) and if use personal cup it must be stored in the office.

Observed food handler with a bracelet on wrist while handling food in line. CA: all food employees, handlers shall have no more than a plain wedding band on hands and wrists.
