Routine
NOTE: All cold holding temperatures in compliance. NOTE: Green food coloring on site. Per person in charge, food coloring is not used in facility. NOTE: Discussed with person in charge that if facility chooses to keep the rug in the back hallway, they will need to have a steamer on site for cleaning up vomit and diarrheal events if they occur on rug. Person in charge stated they will remove rug from facility. NOTE: Ensure unpackaged single use straws are stored behind the bar. NOTE: Ensure an allergen notice is placed on display indicating the major food allergens used in the facility. NOTE: Facility has until 3/17/26 to obtain a certified food safety manager. NOTE: Facility allows pets on the patio. Pet agreement reviewed and provided. NOTE: Ensure the boxes for chicken, sausage, and bacon are kept on site. The invoices do not show that foods are precooked. Failure to provide documentation stating meats are fully cooked could result in facility becoming a Risk Type 2. 12A: .04(4)(q)Observed several food items stored on the floor in the back storage room and walk in freezer (commercially packaged bags of peanuts, canned drinks, boxes of alcohol). Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food:
- in a clean dry location; (C)
- where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; (C) and
- at least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor. (C) Corrective Actions: Foods were removed from the floor.
