3-1A: .04(2)(a)Multiple packages of commercially packaged cheese balls, commercially packaged bags of sweet and sour sauce, and commercially packaged bags of macho king sauce had product labels stating Wang Globalnet Distribution in Vernon, CA or Lee Giant Food System in Newark, NJ. The invoices for foods provided were in English and Korean and both did not state where foods were being purchased. A shipping invoice of the listed foods was provided from Touch World in Norcross, GA. Spoke to 2 BHC franchise members during inspection trying to determine how foods are being transferred and stored from the out of state distribution centers. The permit for Wang Globalnet distribution center was provided an in compliance. However, permits for the Lee Giant food system and Touch World could not be provided. Discussed with the 2 BHC franchise members and with owners on site (translator present) that if foods are being delivered directly from Wang Globalnet and Lee Giant food systems then the permit from Lee Giant food system must be provided. Discussed that if foods are being transported from the two distribution centers to the Touch World warehouse in Norcross, then being delivered to BHC Chicken, then the department of agriculture permit must be provided for Touch World. Commercially packaged cheese balls, commercially packaged sweet and sour sauce, and commercially packaged macho king sauce was placed on a with hold from sale. Facility has 72 hours to provide the necessary permits. If permits cannot be provided all food placed on hold will be discarded. If any food that is placed on hold from today's inspection cannot be accounted for after the 72 hour hold, food service permit may be SUSPENDED and a citation may be issued.
