Routine
NOTE: All cold holding and hot holding temperatures in compliance, unless noted. NOTE: Ensure the case containing the inspection report, certified food safety manager certificate, and food service permit is posted in public view (currently posted in the hallway to the bathrooms). NOTE: Discussed with manager that the storage area outside the back door does not have proper outer opening protection (large gap where ceiling meets wall that has metal wiring that has attempted to close area. This is not adequate because the enclosure is not solid. The back door also has a large gap present). Discussed with manager that the back storage area and the storage closet does not have approved finishes. Discussed with manager that single use items may only be stored in the outdoor storage closet as long as the seal to the box has not been broken. If facility wants to store food and single use items in the storage area outside the back door, facility must apply for a remodel with Gwinnett County's Environmental Health Department to ensure the closure of outer openings is met and that the finishes of the floors, walls, and ceilings are in compliance. **3 consecutive REPEAT violations on a routine inspection may result in food service permit SUSPENSION.**
