All cold holding and hot holding temperatures in compliance unless otherwise noted. NOTE: An informal inspection will occur on February 26, 2026. Have all violations corrected by February 26, 2026 or permit may be suspended. NOTE: Walk-in Freezer door still not repaired. Facility states that the door is on order. NOTE: Ensure that the Written Consumer notification for food allergens onsite is very specific for shellfish, and tree nuts. All nuts must be stated ( almond, pistachio, pecan, etc). 2-2D: .07(3)(b)Observed that the handwashing sink in the room next to the cookline does not have any paper towels available for use.// Each handwashing sink shall be provided with individual, disposable towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel, or a hand drying device. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Person in charge placed hand towels at the hand washing sink closest to the cookline.//

2-2D: .06(2)(c)Observed that the handwashing sink in the room next to the cookline does not have accessible hot water.// A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 100ºF (38ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. (Pf)

2-2E: .03(6)The facility did not have the sanitizer that was stated on the written procedures for clean-up. There were no other sanitizers in the facility effective against Norovirus.// A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow and an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus available on-site at the food service establishment when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. Pf Corrective Actions: The person in charge purchased bleach before the end of the inspection so that the written procedures could be followed.//

4-2B: .05(7)(a)1Observed a heavy sticky buildup on all nozzles on the drink machine. Also observed a black mold like substance on the gray cover of the ice making top compartment.// Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf)

14B: .05(10)(e) 1,2,4Observed containers that are identified as clean, stacked wet on the rack next to the sanitizing station and on the rack inside the ware washing area.// Clean equipment and utensils shall be stored in a self-draining position that allows air drying and covered or inverted. (C) Corrective Actions: Person in charge had the containers recleaned and sanitized. The containers were allowed to dry completely before stacking.//

15A: .05(6)(a)Observed that the walk-in freezer has a build up chunks of ice and icicles coming from the condenser unit. The ice is on the floor and on the racks below the unit.// Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule. 15B: .05(6)(h),(i)Observed that the facility did not have any testing strips for the Quaternary Sanitizer used in the sanitizer buckets.// A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L (or ppm) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. (Pf)
