2-2B: .03(5)(k)1&2Observed employee metal water bottle stored on produce sink area. Employees shall consume food and drink only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas (unless drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee's hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles). (C) Corrective Actions: Employee removed water bottle and put it in the employee area away from the kitchen.

2-2D: .06(2)(o)Observed employee with a sanitizer bucket stored in the handwashing sink while she cleaned the meat slicer. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use and not used for purposes other than handwashing. An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Bucket was removed by employee after person in charge advised to remove.

2-2E: .03(6)Observed the bleach that is in the kit is not on the EPA Registered Antimicrobial website. A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. 4-2B: .05(7)(a)1Observed multiple pans that the person in charge said were clean stored with debris on the food contact surface. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Person in charge wash, rinse, and sanitized the pans.

17A: .07(5)(h)Observed a clog in the men's bathroom that was not able to flush. Plumbing fixtures such as handwashing sinks, toilets, and urinals shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and maintained. (C)

18: .07(2)(m)Observed backdoor that leads into the kitchen not being able to self-close. Outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by:
- filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings; (C)
- closed, tight-fitting windows; (C) and
- solid self-closing, tight-fitting doors. (C)
