NOTE: An informal inspection will occur on June 10, 2026. Have all violations corrected by June 10, 2026. NOTE: Ensure that the ventilation in room 210 is corrected in the bathroom. NOTE: The facility has four tankless water heaters that are gas fired. Behind the tankless heaters there are two reservoir tanks, both appear to be electric. All gas fired appliances need to have the appropriate gas fired inspection reports. NOTE: Ensure that the door leading to the outside from the dining room is sealed so that no sunlight is visible.

In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the use of existing self-service ice-storage bins may be continued, provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Further, a copy of the manufacturer's cleaning instructions shall be maintained onsite for review at the request of the Health Authority. Scoops, ice buckets, and other ice handling equipment, shall be of easily cleanable material and construction. They shall be stored in a clean place and shall be kept clean. If fabric bath mats are provided, they shall be laundered or cleaned after each occupancy. Towels, whenever provided in public wash rooms or baths, shall be individual towels and if cloth shall have been laundered since last used. Corrective Actions: All towels were changed with clean new towels. The towels were taken to laundry to be cleaned and sanitized.//

Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. During occupancy, linens shall be changed at a minimum frequency of not less than weekly. Corrective Actions: All bedding with visible hair was removed to be rewashed. The beds affected were supplied with new clean bedding.//

Corrective Actions: The chemicals were removed and placed in the appropriate place on the cart which is below and away from any clean linens or single use items. The dirty cleaning towels was removed from the clean linen rack and the linen that was touching it was placed in the dirty bin.//
