All cold holding/hot holding is in compliance unless noted otherwise. NOTE: Hot chocolate machine is leaking. Per Person in charge (PIC), facility will be receiving remodel with all new equipment in 30 days. As of today, there are no remodel application received for this location. Any changes to facility including new equipment requires a remodel application submitted to our office. Office hours are Monday- Friday, no Wednesdays, 8am-4pm. 12C: .04(4)(m)Observed 3 wet wiping cloths stored on the counters. Wet wiping sanitizer containers shall be stored off the floor and used in a manner that prevents contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. (C) Corrective Actions: Cloths placed into sanitizer solution bucket.

Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be located in a designated room or area where contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and single-service and single-use articles cannot occur. 18: .07(2)(m)Drive thru window held open for extended periods of time when not serving customers. Outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by:
- filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings; (C)
- closed, tight-fitting windows; (C) and
- solid self-closing, tight-fitting doors. (C) Corrective Actions: Drive thru window closed.
