NOTE: New Rules Checklist was reviewed with Person in charge. NOTE: Person in charge is in the process of getting castors for equipment so that the floor can be cleaned more thoroughly. NOTE: Ensure that caulk is added to the hand washing sink towards the back of the facility to stop excess leaking from the splash guard. NOTE: Ensure that the men's restroom is cleaned more frequently.
