All hot and cold holding in compliance unless otherwise noted. Person in charge was aware of oyster recall due to the risk of norovirus from oysters harvested and shipped from Area 3 in Louisiana. At time of inspection, all oysters shipped from that area were no longer being served or sold. 4-2B: .05(7)(a)1Observed soda gun nozzle in bar area with mold-like build up on it. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Nozzle was washed and sanitized.

A warewashing machine that is installed after September 12, 2007 shall be designed and equipped to: automatically dispense detergents and sanitizers (Pf) and incorporate a visual means to verify that detergents and sanitizers are delivered or a visual or audible alarm to signal if the detergents and sanitizers are not delivered to the respective washing and sanitizing cycles. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Ecolab representative repaired dish machine during inspection.
17D: .07(4)(b)Observed employee personal items resting on side of open top server cooler. Also observed employee food on the top shelf of cooler above restaurant items. Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be located in a designated room or area where contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and single-service and single-use articles cannot occur. (C) Corrective Actions: Employee personal items were relocated to office. Employee food was relocated to bottom shelf of cooler.
