Note: All cold holding and hot holding temperatures are in compliance. Note: All bottles containing chemicals used for cleaning/sanitizng should be labeled. Note: Either a two bucket system with reusable towels or a spray sanitizer with disposable towel for each table should be used to clean dining tables. 4-2B: .05(7)(a)1A nozzle on a drink machine was observed to have build-up that could be easly removed with an alcohol wipe. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: All nozzles were replaced with clean nozzles.
