Per the permit conditions, this unit is not authorized to operate at any location other than the approved site. The owner was advised to submit a remodel application if they intend to use the mobile unit at additional locations. Please be advised that your restaurant must be fully operational at the time of the next inspection. If the restaurant is not in operation during that visit, the file may be closed. Should the file be closed, you will be required to submit a new application and obtain approval before reopening in the future. 16A: .06(1)(g),(h)No water is flowing from the faucet. Water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water except that water supplied as specified under Rule .06(1)(k)1 and 2 to a temporary food service operation or in response to a temporary interruption of a water supply need not be under pressure.
