Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. 2-2A: .03(1)(c)2,3,17The person in charge was not able to provide information in regards to the employee health policy (reportable health illnesses and/or symptoms). The person in charge (PIC) must be knowledgeable in terms of the employee health policy to ensure adequate reporting of the required illnesses/symptoms. Corrective Actions: Training was provided.
2-2D: .07(3)(a)Handwashing cleanser not provided at the hand sink in the kitchen area. Handwashing sinks must be properly supplied at all times to ensure adequate hand washing. Corrective Actions: Handwashing soap was provided during the inspection.

In-use dish machine with chlorine sanitizer must supply adequate supply of sanitizer (50-100 ppm) to ensure proper sanitization of equipment/ware. Corrective Actions: Facility will use the three compartment sink for sanitizing until the dish machine is repaired.
