16A: .06(1)(g),(h)No hot water is available at the facility. The person in charge stated that a technician had come the day before to check the water heater but could not repair the problem. Technician is supposed to come back today sometime in the evening to continue working. The only evidence provided was a conversation on the phone (text message).// Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment.
